If you or someone you know is interested in being a board member please contact Sandie for more information and application. We have others that are on the board that aren't listed here. And we thank you all for your services.
President: Sandie Divan – Facilitates over board/committee meetings. Directs tasks, responsibilities, and special projects and presents items for a vote or table.
Senior Assistant: Jennifer Beasley- Key Task leader, assigns administrative assistants, delegates over ALL administrative functions.
Secretary-Doris Sanders Taking and reading of the board minutes; official recordings
Key Administrator: Scott Beasley and Doug Wells- Secure permits, dates, city approvals, and licenses as required.
Treasurer- Leon and Doris Sanders- In charge of collecting, depositing and disposing of monies.
Entertainment Acts Coordinator: Kent and Myrtle Matheny- (4-6pm) Secure non-singing acts such as puppet shows, magicians etc.
Major/General Sponsorships: Don Lyman, Jimi Kestin and Tom Lamb Secure general sponsorships for in-kind and cash donations, T-shirts, fireworks (optional) and other sponsors.
Media Coordinator: Jimi Kestin- Secure monthly/weekly schedule for T.V. /Radio appearances and handle publicity.
Booth Coordinator: Tom Lamb - Booth Setup on the day of event: Establish a grid for early sign ups
First Aid Coordinator: Position Opened- operate and coordinate “first aid” booth on day of event. Supplant first aid rules, regulations, and guidelines, for emergency procedures applicable to the State of Utah. (If you are interested in this position, please let us know)
Staging Coordinator: Tom Lamb – Coordinate, secure, and establish day-of-event staging as required by EXPO entertainment and acts and also responsible for public address system and sound system.
Other Board Members: There are those that do a lot of everything that are members of the Community Services Expo.
